This page explains how the enquiry form and language preferences work on the Form & Rise website.
The project form
The form sends your name, company, reply email, selected service, project brief and optional budget, timing and discovery source to Form & Rise through our hosting server. The server delivers it to info@formandrise.com so we can discuss and reply about your project. Contact details and enquiry text are held in the business mailbox, not in the measurement record.
Form security
The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie to check that a submission belongs to your browser session. To limit spam, the server keeps salted hashes of network addresses and submission times. Rate checks use a rolling 24-hour window; older entries are removed when subsequent enquiries are processed. These records contain no enquiry text. Our hosting provider may also process technical request logs to operate and secure the site.
When you contact us
We use the information you share to discuss the requested work. Enquiries and replies remain in our business email account as part of that correspondence. You can contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have shared. Please avoid entering passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the project form.
Email and WhatsApp
Email is handled through our hosting and business email services. WhatsApp links are an optional direct contact route; opening one takes you to that external service, which has its own terms and privacy policy. The email form does not open WhatsApp or send your brief there.
Language preference
The site saves your English or Arabic preference in your browser’s local storage. We do not use this preference to track you. You can remove it through your browser’s site data settings. This version of the website does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics.

Enquiry measurement
After email acceptance, we keep a private operational record of the time, enquiry reference, page path, service, language and optional self-reported discovery source. It contains no name, email address, message, IP address or full URL. Records older than 90 days are removed when a subsequent accepted enquiry is recorded. The source question is optional; unknown sources stay unknown. This helps us reconcile enquiries with the mailbox and review our services, without tracking browsing activity.
